All our projects begin with in-house design!

 

During this time, our team gets to explore your hopes and dreams for the project. Our remodels are collaborative and during the in-house design phase we discover your needs and style. One of our top priorities is to state the limitations of your existing home and how we can change that for you. 

 

The Design Phase progresses from our initial meeting to uncover your ideas and desires for the remodel. We then review building codes and specifications for your property and begin creating new layouts and floor plans, apply for permits, and start the selection process for specific choices. The Design Phase is also critical in determining a clear budget for your project. One of our goals is to be completely transparent on where costs are appropriated. We stove to keep you within the budget you have agreed upon for your project. Our team also helps prepare you and your family for the construction that will be taking place in your home. We are excellent at planning and preparing for a smooth construction experience.
